About Us
Cheadle Care Ltd is a locally owned, independent, CQC-registered domiciliary care service based in Leominster, Herefordshire. We provide specialist support for adults aged 18 to 65 with learning disabilities and autism. We also support individuals with related needs such as epilepsy, diabetes, and other complex health conditions. Support is delivered in people’s own homes and across the local community. Our support is person-centred and consistent. We focus on building trust, promoting independence, and supporting people to develop life skills, routines, and meaningful community connections in a safe and supportive environment
Provide skilled and trained staff to meet the needs of the Individuals we support.
Provide Individualised accessible information to support and aid in effective communication, this will empower the Individual to lead their own self-directed care and support.
Treat all Individuals and staff with respect, dignity, Individuality.
Provide on-going person-centred reviews to ensure that the needs of the Individual are being met, to regularly review “what is working” and “what things need to be changed”
