About Us
We support individuals aged 18–65 with a Learning Disability, Autism, and other associated complex needs. This support may be provided within their own home, or in the local community.
Our service is focused on being person centred, recognising that each person we support are unique.
Support is provided to individuals in a safe manner, whilst promoting independence, and working towards any personal goals they may wish to achieve.
Provide skilled and trained staff to meet the needs of the Individuals we support.
Provide Individualised accessible information to support and aid in effective communication, this will empower the Individual to lead their own self-directed care and support.
Treat all Individuals and staff with respect, dignity, Individuality.
Provide on-going person-centred reviews to ensure that the needs of the Individual are being met, to regularly review “what is working” and “what things need to be changed”
